Prepare for your signature a Letter of Engagement setting out how we are going to work together;
Produce the necessary form 64-8 which is your authority to the HMRC for them to deal with us as your agent. This will enable us to act on any outstanding matters.
i. Produce the necessary bank authority giving notice to your company’s bankers that we are now acting for you;
ii. Provide for your signature your authority to file all necessary Company Secretarial documents on line;
