Nicklins is asking the good folk of Halesowen to help them help less fortunate children.
In collaboration with Dudley Council for Voluntary Services and Birmingham Children’s Society, the Halesowen-based chartered accountancy firm is collecting Easter eggs to donate to the regions youngsters that would otherwise go without. Partner at the firm, David Wright, said: “We would like to ask if you would join us here at Nicklins and contribute an egg to help towards this amazing cause.
“As a firm, we remain committed to doing our bit to support our local community. Receiving a chocolate Easter egg is something that many of us take for granted, but unfortunately there are still many families who will not be able to afford to give them to their children, so we hope that your donations will put smiles on the faces of children who otherwise would not have anything.”
This appeal follows Nicklins’ successful part in Operation Santa when it collected presents and food items on behalf of Dudley Council for Voluntary Services, Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council and Black Country Foodbank last December.
If you could spare an Easter egg for a local tot or teenager – or any child in between – please bring it to the offices of Nicklin LLP at Church Court, Stourbridge Road, Halesowen, B63 3TT before close of business on Thursday 10 March.
