Nicklin LLP is pleased to announce the acquisition of local firm Henn & Westwood; a move that consolidates Nicklins’ position as a leading firm of accountants and business advisers in the Black Country.
With offices in Halesowen, the services on offer match Nicklin’s services to commercial and private clients.
Henn & Westwood is a small firm of chartered accountants and registered auditors with offices in Wolverhampton and Halesowen. The services it offered – management accounts and advice, accounting and auditing, business tax, personal tax and computerised bookkeeping and payroll services – perfectly complement Nicklin’s services for commercial and private clients.
Back in July 2012, Nicklin acquired Rubery-based Lowe McTernan and brought all of their staff and work into Nicklins’ premises. Later in 2013, Nicklin LLP acquired Woodall Davies Bache, which was also moved into Nicklin’s offices.
Under the leadership of managing partner Harvey Owen, the firm maintain an active acquisition strategy and continues to look for suitable practices which will complement its own offering.
Harvey said: “This is great news and we are all really pleased that the acquisition of Henn & Westwood has gone through successfully. Just like when we acquired Lowe McTernan, all of Henn & Westwood’s staff have been moved into our premises so there are no redundancies.”
