Nicklin LLP creates new jobs

Halesowen-based chartered accountants Nicklin LLP has been busy recruiting and has expanded its team by four; creating new jobs in the process.

Lucy Davies became a member of Nicklin’s team in the summer after leaving college where she was a Business Studies student. Whilst she was studying, Lucy had a part-time job in the retail sector.

Rachel Grindy is a payroll assistant who joined Nicklin in September after deciding that a career change was in order. She previously worked in the hospitality industry at a four star hotel, as well as Rubery-based Lowe McTernan until the firm merged with Nicklin LLP in 2012.

Tax secretary Fiona Powell joined Nicklin LLP last summer and brought with her over 10 years of experience of working as a PA and secretary as well as seven years’ experience working within accountancy.

Samuel Tye is an accounts/audit trainee who joined Nicklin LLP after leaving college with six A/AS-level qualifications including accounting, mathematics and a certificate in financial studies. He is currently studying his AAT and plans to continue onto ACA/ACCA once completed.
