Halesowen-based chartered accountancy firm Nicklin LLP has been shortlisted for one of the industry’s most prestigious regional awards.
The firm has been named as a finalist in the category of ‘Accountancy Firm of the Year (more than five partners)’ in the ICAEW West Midlands Chartered Accountant of the Year Awards.
The awards are organised by the West Midlands branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Nicklin will find out if it has been successful at an awards ceremony which takes place at Warwickshire County Cricket Club, in Edgbaston, Birmingham, on 13 May.
The firm has already won the accolade under the ‘up to five partners’ category three times in a row in 2009, 2010 and 2011, and four times overall.
Managing partner Harvey Owen said: “We are delighted to have reached the final of these prestigious awards, which we have won on four occasions previously. This shortlisting is a testament to the hard work of everyone at Nicklin who has helped put the firm where it is today.”
