Halesowen-based chartered accountancy firm Nicklin LLP have triumphed in one of the industry’s most prestigious regional awards.
The firm won the title of ‘Accountancy Firm of the Year (more than five partners)’ in the ICAEW West Midlands Chartered Accountant of the Year Awards held today (13 May) at Edgbaston Cricket Ground.
The awards were organised by the West Midlands branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
The award win is the fifth time the firm have won the accolade , the previous four under the ‘up to five partners’ category, which has included three wins in a row in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
Managing partner Harvey Owen said: “We are delighted to have triumphed in these prestigious awards for the fifth time, the first time we have been in this larger category”.
“This award win is a testament to the hard work of everyone at Nicklin who has helped put the firm where it is today.”
