Rachel Grindy from Nicklins gets muddy for Cancer Research!

Nicklin’s payroll assistant Rachel Grindy, has been fundraising for the charity Cancer Research, who fund scientists, doctors and nurses to help beat cancer sooner. They also provide cancer information to the public.

Rachel raised over £200 for Cancer Research by participating in the Pretty Muddy Race for Life, which took place at Sandwell Valley Park on the 28th September 2019.

Rachel said: I had a great time and didn’t mind getting covered in mud as I was raising money for a cause which is close to my heart. I would like to thank friends, family and colleagues for sponsoring me; I have been really touched by their generosity”.
