While you want to ensure you have the most appropriate computer hardware and software in place to meet the needs of your business, as well as support in getting the most from your systems, it can be hard to know where to turn for help.
That’s why the specialists at Nicklin would like to highlight the expert services provided by the Technology Innovation Futures West Midlands project, part funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Eligible companies can claim 50 percent of the fees for up to ten days work by an external industry specialist.
To qualify, companies must be based in the West Midlands, have less than 250 employees, a turnover of less than €50 million and an annual balance sheet of less than €43 million.
If your business is eligible, the project will assess your needs to see where help would be most useful. This could be the implementation of appropriate computer hardware or software, support with design and prototyping, identifying more efficient methods of manufacture or improved quality control, or help with reducing energy costs and carbon emissions.
Once your priorities have been identified, you will be contacted by an industry specialist who can discuss your requirements in more detail and work with you on your technological needs.
Once the work is completed, you will need to pay the expert in full before being reimbursed for half of the agreed fees.
