Position within firm – Audit and Accounts Manager
What do you do?
I manage a portfolio of clients in a wide range of industries and deal mainly with the preparation of accounts, audits and any other related issues.
What do you enjoy most about your job/ what motivates you to get up in the morning?
Each week can bring something different, which keeps things interesting. I enjoy dealing with clients and being able to resolve their queries and assist them in developing their businesses. Another good thing about the job is working with other staff who have a similar outlook in life and sense of humour.
What projects do you work on?
I have been involved in many different projects including due diligence work and cashflows for raising finance, but I find that each audit has its own specific set of challenges which makes it a project in its own right.
What is on top of your bucket list?
It would be great if I were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights, preferably from the deck of a nice cruise ship!
