Position within firm – Credit Controller

What do you do?

I assist with general administration tasks within the firm.

Part of my role includes processing purchase invoices through Sage accounting software and sales invoices through IRIS accountancy suite.

I also chase outstanding debts within the company by liaising with clients.

What do you enjoy most about your job/ what motivates you to get up in the morning?

I enjoy the fact that my work is varied and no two days are the same.

Love to see outstanding invoices being paid.

My motivation to come to work every day is knowing my work colleagues are kind and friendly, making this a happy environment to be in.

What projects do you work on?

I work on all overdue invoices, resolving cash flow issues with clients. I set up payment plans and resolving queries on invoices.

What is on top of your bucket list?

On top of my bucket list is a cruise around the world someday when I am retired.
